Introdução
Esta página oferece uma visão geral visual de todos os tipos de pergunta disponíveis. Você também pode usá-la como ponto de partida para acessar as diferentes seções da wiki que explicam cada tipo de pergunta em detalhes.
O pacote de download do LimeSurvey inclui um inquérito de exemplo que contém todos os tipos de pergunta. Você o encontrará no diretório "/docs/demosurveys/". Importe cada um deles e experimente todos os tipos de pergunta!Observe que um inquérito do LimeSurvey é composto por grupos de perguntas, que contêm uma ou mais perguntas. Tipos de pergunta
Para alterar o tipo de pergunta, você deve primeiro abrir a pergunta no modo de edição e clicar na guia Opções gerais, localizada no painel no lado direito da página:
Em seguida, selecione o tipo de pergunta desejado no menu Selecione o tipo de questão. Para ajudar você a escolher o tipo correto, uma pré-visualização do tipo de pergunta é exibida no painel Selecione o tipo de questão.

Os seguintes estilos de pergunta podem ser usados em um inquérito no LimeSurvey:
- Matrizes
- Máscara da pergunta
- Questões de múltipla escolha
- Questões de resposta única
- Perguntas de texto
Perguntas secundárias
Normalmente, uma pergunta tem apenas respostas. Porém, existem certos tipos de pergunta (como o tipo Matriz) que são basicamente um conjunto de perguntas em que cada pergunta secundária pode ser respondida pelo participante do inquérito (muitas vezes usando uma escala predefinida de opções de resposta).
Um exemplo mais complexo é o tipo de pergunta 'Matriz de textos', em que o respondente deve inserir valores para combinações. Nesse caso, o valor inserido pelo respondente é a 'resposta' e as duas escalas da matriz são duas escalas de perguntas secundárias.
Matrizes
O tipo de pergunta Matriz amplia ainda mais o tipo de pergunta Lista. Com esse tipo de pergunta, é possível exibir uma matriz em que a coluna da esquerda é representada por uma pergunta secundária, enquanto cada linha é representada pelo mesmo conjunto de opções de resposta. O texto da pergunta pode ser uma pergunta específica ou uma descrição.
Em termos de saída, não há diferença na forma como as respostas são armazenadas em comparação com o tipo de pergunta Lista (Rádio). A resposta fornecida é armazenada em uma coluna separada na tabela de resultados para ambos os tipos de pergunta.
Os tipos de matriz mais flexíveis são Matriz, Matriz (Texto) e Matriz (Números)'. No entanto, o LimeSurvey também oferece suporte a vários tipos de matriz com opções de resposta predefinidas (por exemplo, Matriz de escolha de 5 pontos).

Matriz
An array allows you to create a set of subquestions. Each of them uses the same set of answer options. For example, you can use this question type when you need feedback on several aspects of a particular product.

Matriz (escolha de 5 pontos)
It is an array type that is prefilled with answer choices. An 1 to 5 scale is used. A "No answer" answer option is automatically added if the question is not mandatory.
Hint: If you need scales other than 5 points, use the general array question type.

Matriz (escolha de 10 pontos)
It is an array question type that is prefilled with answer choices on a 1 to 10 scale. A "No answer" answer option is automatically added if the question is not mandatory.
Hint: If you need to use another scale, change the question type to the general array question type.

Matriz (Sim/Não/Não sei)
It is an array question type that is prefilled with the following answer choices: "Yes", "No", and "Uncertain". You can also add a "No answer" choice if the question is not mandatory.

Matriz (Aumentar, Manter, Reduzir)
It is an array type that is prefilled with the following answer choices: "Increase", "Same", and "Decrease". A "No answer" answer option is automatically added if the question is set to be not mandatory.

Matriz por coluna
This question type is the same as an array, except the subquestion and answer axes are swapped.

Matriz de dois níveis
This question type provides two scales of answer options for each subquestion. A heading can be set for each scale from the question display options:

Matriz (Números)
This question types allows survey administrators to a create large arrays with numbered dropdown boxes with a set of subquestions on the "y-axis", and another set of subquestions on the "x-axis".
You can also set a special question attribute to use this question type with checkboxes:

Matriz (Textos)
The Array (Text) question type allows for an array of text boxes with a set of subquestions as the "y-axis", and another set of subquestions as the "x-axis".

Máscara da pergunta
Na falta de um termo melhor, definimos como perguntas de máscara todas as perguntas em que a entrada das respostas é predefinida.
Data
This question type can be used to ask for a certain date, time or a combination of both date and time. The values can be selected by the participants either from a popup calendar or from dropdown boxes. Validation, minimum, and/or maximum dates can be chosen by the survey administrator. Various date and time formats are supported.

Envio de arquivo
The file upload question type can be used to collect file(s) from a user in response to a question. For example, a company with employment opportunities could use this question type to request the candidate to submit/upload his or her updated CV, as well as any other scanned documents in the employment survey.

Gênero
This question type collects gender information ("Male" or "Female") from the respondents.

The "No answer" option is displayed if the question is not mandatory.Você também pode adicionar uma opção "Sem resposta" se a pergunta não for obrigatória.

Troca de idioma
This question type allows the user to change the language of the survey. Users can choose from a dropdown list, the language in which they wish to have the survey questions displayed.
The dropdown list includes the base language (which is selected when the survey is created for the first time) and the additional ones (they can be edited from the general settings panel).

Entrada numérica
This question types asks the survey participant to enter a single number.

Entrada numérica múltipla
This question type is a variation of the "Numerical input" question type. It allows multiple text boxes to be created, each of them allowing the survey respondents to enter only numbers. Each text box corresponds to an subquestion, the subquestion text being the label for the input.

Classificação
This question type allows you to present your survey participants a list of possible answers/options, which they may then rank according to their preferences.

Classificação avançada (novo na versão 5.x)
Este tipo de pergunta permite apresentar aos participantes do questionário uma lista de respostas/opções possíveis em forma de imagem, que eles podem então classificar de acordo com suas preferências.
Exposição do texto
This question type does not collect any input from the respondent. It just simply displays text. It can be used to provide further instructions or a design break in the survey.
Please note that you can write in the text of this question also html or javascript. In this way, you can use this question for other purposes.

Sim/Não
Survey administrators can collect "Yes" or "No" responses from the respondents with the help of this question type.

Equação
Hint: Unlike all other question types, if an equation is hidden, it is still computed, its value being stored in the database.
Hint: Equation question type allow to assign a value to another Question. See how to use assignment Operator.
No HTML tag can be saved in the database due to security concerns.
This question type lets the author create an equation (e.g., a calculation or tailored report) and save it in a database variable. Equations can use any syntax supported by ExpressionScript. If you are handling numeric values make sure that you use the advanced question setting "Numbers only" as explained below.

Questões de múltipla escolha

Botões de bootstrap (novo na versão 5.x)
Este tipo de pergunta permite coletar várias seleções usando botões de bootstrap. O respondente pode clicar em um botão e ele será selecionado.
Seleção de imagem de múltipla escolha (novo na versão 5.x)
Este tipo de pergunta permite coletar várias seleções usando imagens. O respondente pode clicar em uma imagem e ela será selecionada.
As imagens devem ser importadas primeiro por meio do link de recursos nas Configurações do questionário. Depois, é possível selecionar as imagens a serem usadas nas subperguntas por meio do editor HTML.
Questões de resposta única
As questões de resposta única são aquelas em que o participante pode escolher apenas uma opção de resposta predefinida.
Escolha de 5 pontos
This question shows a horizontal 1 to 5 scale from where the survey participants can select a single answer option.

Lista (Dropdown)
This question type collects input from a dropdown list menu. You can also create subcategories within this list by making use of the "Category separator" attribute.

Lista com comentários
This question type displays a list of radio buttons, while allowing the participants to provide a additional comment with their submission.

Lista de seleção de imagem (Rádio) (Novo na 5.x)
Este tipo de pergunta permite coletar uma única resposta a partir de uma lista de imagens.
As imagens podem ser adicionadas usando o editor HTML das subperguntas.
Botão de bootstrap (Novo na 5.x)
Este tipo de pergunta coleta uma única resposta a partir de uma lista de botões de bootstrap.
Perguntas de texto
O LimeSurvey oferece diversas variações do campo de texto padrão. Todas elas podem ser configuradas com mais detalhes por meio dos atributos da pergunta, que permitem restringir o número de caracteres, bem como o tamanho do campo.
Além disso, a entrada de texto pode ser validada usando expressões regulares.
Texto livre curto
This question type collects a single line of text input.

Texto curto múltiplo
This question type is a variation on the "Short Text" question type which allows more than one text entry per question. The user first defines the question and can then add additional text boxes by adding 'Answers'. Each answer becomes the label of the new text box.

O tipo de pergunta de detecção de navegador captura o navegador que o respondente está usando e o sistema operacional.
Quando a opção "usar serviços de mapeamento" está ativada, um mapa é exibido.
Observação: para usar o Google Maps, é necessário inserir uma Chave API para Google Maps válida no campo disponível nas Definições globais da sua instalação.
Os respondentes podem usar o marcador para selecionar um local no mapa.
Entrada sob demanda (novo na versão 5.x)
O tipo Entrada sob demanda exibe uma coluna por vez, e os participantes podem usar o botão de adicionar para incluir mais respostas. Há outras opções disponíveis. Use as Configurações da pergunta para adicionar mais opções.
Estilização de perguntas
