ps : ohh is that mean i should install old database of 3 after i installed (copy paste) 5 version ?

No. You need to have a copy of the LS3 database with all the surveys, etc before you install LS5, as you will install LS5 over LS3. Once your installation is done, you can't import and old database copy into the database.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

I would approach it like this:

1) Copy the LS3 database.

2) Copy the complete LS3 directory to a new directory.

3) In the new directory config.php file, modify the db settings to point to the copied database.

This should give you a working clone of the LS3 installation which you can upgrade following these procedures - manual.limesurvey.org/Upgrading_from_a_previous_version/en
