Did you test with a simple survey as I suggested?

Cheers,

Yes, before I created the whole survey I did already tests with very view question groups and everything run smooth.

In the original version the randomisation works still as well. The problem is that the survey always goes back to the beginning and only the question header is shown. A problem also described in relation with chained conditions, but we don't have such.

The problem seems to be also a little like described here: forums.limesurvey.org/forum/development/...cipant-resume-survey

I turned resume later option off as you suggested already and I hoped that it wold solve the problem, but it doesn't.

I got also a reply from one participant:
"I use Firefox as my browser, and I was not in private mode. I used the same computer both times to enter the survey.

As requested I tried entering the survey again today and it still started me at the beginning with 1% done showing at top. Here is the image I get, and the pop-up notice when I tried to move forward:"

Well, that image is unreadable...

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

I have just tested again without the randomisation. Everything works well. No weird redirecting to the beginning. Incognito and even in normal mode.

I have also tested without randomisation and without relevance equation but with randomisation group first, then with randomisation with relevance equation but without randomisation group and then the last time with everything in again. And it worked all the time well. In incognito and normal mode with different tokens.

So I don't know anymore what to test else.

Hello...

We have new observations. We removed the "mandatory" status of all questions. We have still the problem that we get redirected to the beginning of the survey (1%) and only the question header is visible, but no questions are shown. Nevertheless, we are now allowed to move forward which was not possible before. So we can click through the survey again but can't see any questions. I also tried to come back and open in new incognito window and everything worked, I always was back where I left off.

If we now could see the questions again all problems were solved.
