Seem to be resolved?

Maybe you can explain how you solved the problem, because it could help others that come to the forum with the same problem.

To solve this problem is:
1. Go to application/config/config.php Change the configuration of your database info.
2. Put full permission 777 to application/config/config.php
3. Change baseurl on api/setup.php
4. File permission must be 644 on index.php and admin/index.php. If you put 777 it is not work
5. tmp/* and upload/* permission must be 777
Thank you. I hope this can help you.
