快速翻译功能默认通过调查的工具栏访问。要为指定用户启用此功能 (该用户没有全局权限)，执行以下步骤：

  1. 在 create/编辑用户 中为每个翻译人员添加新用户：
  2. 进入 "本地" 调查权限，选择用户，并赋予他/她 "快速翻译" 所需的用户权限。
