  Attention : You will observe that some options can be found in your user's preferences, under Your personal settings tab. If you change the respective options from the global settings of your LimeSurvey installation, the 'default' option from the drop-down list of each option that is located under 'Your personal settings' tab will inherit the global settings values. For example, if you, as a user with Settings & Plugins permissions, change the HTML editor mode to the 'popup' mode, all the other users who have chosen the 'default value' option from the HTML editor mode in their personal settings will also use the popup option.
