Hello! Is there any reason why the general location directive does not have the line below?

index index.html index.php;

The fix suggested in https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=20585#c85293 fixed my 404 issues when using the new survey editor on a clean LimeSurvey 7 installation.
