I had problems using the AuthLDAP plugin with PHP v8.1. I found
github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/2665
and, from there,
github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/2684
. This fixed the problems I had but now the autocreateuser functionality doesn't work. Like in the first pull request, I always see the error message

Credentials are valid but we failed to create a user.
I've also set "mail" and "full name" in the plugin settings. If I create the LDAP user manually in Limesurvey the login works.

i am still getting the error as Authldap.php is same as you mentioned in
github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/2685
. Is there any other way to it?? Atleast can anybody tell me where are logs we can see for this in Rocky 8
