2FA locked me out of LimeSurvey

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 5.3.9
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Own server
Survey theme/template: Not sure as I am locked out!

I am superadministrator and some time ago I activated 2FA, which worked fine. All of a sudden, today LimeSurvey locked me out, issuing the message "Authentication key failed". I tried to follow the instructions given here , however, I can't understand which column in the lime_users table should be edited, and what "truncate" means in this case. How can I delete my 2FA-token or disable 2FA and let myself in? Is it possible to just delete my row in the table lime_twofactorusers?

This is strange, though, since my other installation (on another server) works just fine with 2FA.

After several hours of testing and trying, I found out that the problem was the time synchronization of the server hosting the installation. I never expected that I will have to force time synchronization on Windows Server!
