I am superadministrator and some time ago I activated 2FA, which worked fine. All of a sudden, today LimeSurvey locked me out, issuing the message "Authentication key failed". I tried to follow the instructions given
here
, however, I can't understand which column in the lime_users table should be edited, and what "truncate" means in this case. How can I delete my 2FA-token or disable 2FA and let myself in? Is it possible to just delete my row in the table lime_twofactorusers?
This is strange, though, since my other installation (on another server) works just fine with 2FA.
