Is there a hook (event) to trigger a plugin action when a question is answered?

If not, is there any way to trigger a plugin action when Yes is selected in a Yes/No question?

What action, what is "answered" ? In the HTML page ? When move next ?

There are jquery event always, there are beforeSurveyPage too.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
