I would like to configure a limesurvey instance to authenticate users over ldap.

To be it a repeatable installation, I would like to be able to automatically set the configuration for the AuthLDAP plugin in a configuration file.

Is this at all possible?

No without creating some own code.

There are no way to activate plugin in CLI currently.

You can have a look at the scripts of YNH : github.com/YunoHost-Apps/limesurvey_ynh
It's done directly via SQL : github.com/YunoHost-Apps/limesurvey_ynh/...ter/conf/data.sql.j2
