I'm trying to add new survey but I get an error message like that: "Err04: It is not possible to analyze the survey:
1-Check if the survey is activate
2-Disable tokens
3-If you are using httpS, check if the SSL certificate is valid."
I have followed all this tips in error message and everything is ok, but the error persists. Can somebody help me please?
What is the link to the survey you want to cache at OfflineSurveys?
