First of all, you shouldn't post screenshots with personal data (email addresses).
And I am not quite sure where the problem is. In the table you are showing I can see a lot of participants.
With this little information, it is basically impossible to help, as I personally don't even see what the problem is.
What has the sceenshot to do with the problem? Is it about the missing firstname and lastname in the table?

As you left the screenshot in your post, I deleted it to protect the owners of the email addresses. Luckily it was an image which means they would have to be extracted manually, but still. Better not to put this on the internet.
