Integrity Check + Detailed List don't work, Freezes at DB on upgrade

LimeSurvey Version 2.00+ Build 130226

I'm not too sure where to ask this, as it seems to be a general fault, not just an upgrade issue.
Integrity Check returns a blank page, no content just white.
Detailed List of Surveys returns no surveys, page 0 of [blank]. The survey drop down appears to work correctly.
I've tried doing a cache refresh on both pages, no change.

Tried to upgrade to 2.05+(140618), but the process freezes on the upgrading database portion. There's a time stamp but no refresh, regardless of wait time.

I'm guessing there's a database issue, don't really know how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.
