No idea want you want to achieve.
If you do not want to shuffle remove the call.
If you want to display a different number, adapt the call.

I had noticed the some error in the script while going back
Actually when i run the script for the same then go back and changes the some answer or not change the any any answer previously selected then go ahead number of answer (was selected before going back) reduced by -1

Can you please look into this & also attached the screenshot for the same

And also noticed one more the for the same when put some answer then go back change that answer it will not reflected in the relevant question(Q20) and i had made some changes in the java script

That's not a big problem.
Iinstead of the default answer in Q20 just create a question of type "equation" after Q1 and Q17 where you preset the value of Q20 {Q20=list(...)}.

But tell me, if you use "question by question" mode, how do you want to hide Q20?
 

We want hide it fully like we hide equation type question and perform all the action like equation question
