Hello,
For the past 2 weeks, we've been unable to create surveys in open-access mode. Even the old ones don't work anymore.
Is there a problem with the platform? How can I create a survey with participants in open-access mode again?
Best Regards,

The open access mode is the default setting. So you must be setting your surveys to closed access mode (token based surveys) when activating them. delete the participant database and your survey should be open access again.
However, while you answered the initial questions, they answers are not very helpful.
Version: Web - All Limesurvey installations are web applications, so this doesn't help. The real version of your Limesurvey installation you find on any admin screen (when logged in) on the bottom right.
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: not sure - Who provides you with the access? Obviously you didn't install it yourself on a server, because I guess you would remember that. However, where is your installation hostet? University? Your employer? Limesurvey Pro Cloud/SaaS service? If you can't answer that: What is the URL of your Limesurvey installation?

I tried your solution but it doesn't seems to work. I join you a capture of the screen.
In order to make easier your process of support, I tried to complete the first part that I missed last time.

So what happens when you create a new survey? You said you can't create surveys with open access, but all surveys are open access until you chose to make them a closed survey during the activation process of the survey. So I am a little confused about what is going on here.

Hello,
Basically we had before a users' table when we created the surveys.
We are using an API to plug the survey on an app by using a webview.
But now we have an error that we didn't have before when we try to plug the survey.
I hope that it's more clear now, sorry for my english.
Many thanks.

OK, that should have been a information provided fromt he get go. So you are doing something with the API, but I am still not sure what you are doing.
What is a "users' table"? You mean a table with participants?
Are you creating a participant table for the survey via API? Whenever there is a participant table, LImesurvey takes it as a closed survey. You need to delete the participant table to make it open again.
What happens when you create a survey from within Limesurvey, without any API involved?

There is nothing wrong with the survey - I can access it directly with the URL from your screenshot.
I suspect that there is a problem with your API code.
