Hello and thank you for taking time to look at the issue I'm facing.
I've created a survey for my master thesis and started sharing it on various forums, where I've received feedback from some respondents that the survey doesn't work for them. They said that they couldn't click on the answer in the very first question, which is of a radio list type, although I guess it could happen later. To elaborate further, it seems that respondents are able to open the survey, but clicking on an answer doesn't "fill" the radio button.
Is this an issue that is known and could be resolved?
Unfortunately, I don't know which devices and browsers those respondents used, and I myself, nor any of the people who helped me test and proof the survey, never noticed any issues with radio buttons in any questions, so I understand this might be a difficult issue to debug, but I'm afraid issue might occur for more respondents who just gave up then. From statistics, I can assume that there were 17 respondents (at the moment of creating this post) who reached the first question but never answered it, and those respondents might have had that issue also.

Well, and what are we supposed to do with this information?
You didn't provide us with a link to the survey or with an LSS export of the survey, so we can't really say anything about this.
Dropouts before the frist question are very, very common and many of the n=17 that did not answer the first question just were a litte nosey and then dropped out. So this is no proof for anything.
So ideally provide us with a link to your survey and/or a LSS file.
