Invitation email does not arrive

Hello,


right now i want to send an email inviation to the participants. I created already access codes and everything worked well so far.
Unfortunately 3 of the participants do not recieve their invite email.  These 3 participants have e-mail adresses from a university. Could it be that the university somehow blocks the invite mails? The rest of the participants recieved the invitation without a problem.

Hope somebody can help :)

That can be the case. But there are a lot of issues around email deliverability these days and none are directly related to LimeSurvey.
The best thing you can do, is to sent these three invitations again. Perhaps write them via a different mail account manually.
Depending on which mailserver you used, you might can check or ask for maillogs.  If mails are blocked, a warning mail is sent back. But more often you can do nothing,since mails often gets accepted and vanished or land in the SPAM folder.
