==================

Hello, we have a survey that asks participants to upload a photo. We can download the images by selecting the respones we want, and use the menu below to download files for these responses. This results in a zip file downloading, however when i try to open the zip file, it will not unzip. I get the following output:$ unzip Files_for_survey_656148_response_19.zip

Archive:  Files_for_survey_656148_response_19.zip  End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on  the last disk(s) of this archive.unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of Files_for_survey_656148_response_19.zip or        Files_for_survey_656148_response_19.zip.zip, and cannot find Files_for_survey_656148_response_19.zip.ZIP, period.

However, colleagues who are running Windows are able to open the zip. Is this a known issue? Is this something that should be submitted as a bug?

Is that the exact same file extracted on MacOS and Windows?
I'm not sure you can submit a bugreport for LimeSurvey.
For me this looks like you are not downloading the complete zip file.

If the Windows user has success, it might not be the exact same file.
Compare hashcodes of the files (e.g. SHA265) or try to get the file downloaded by the Windows user transferred to your MacOS desktop.

Try a different extractor tool on MacOS too.
