Big problem this morning,
We can't edit texts, questions, templates etc... at all since the update via comfort update.
Am I alone?
a modification in the access path to the css/js resources would be the cause?

 

my solution:

I got a backup of the tmp/assets/xxx/ directory with ckeditor.js inside (the directory name has changed between the backup and the update).
I uploaded the missing directories :
tmp/assets/623b9acc/core
tmp/assets/623b9acc/lang
tmp/assets/623b9acc/skins
tmp/assets/623b9acc/plugins/videodetector
tmp/assets/623b9acc/plugins/balloonpanel
tmp/assets/623b9acc/plugins/copyformatting
tmp/assets/623b9acc/plugins/dialog
tmp/assets/623b9acc/plugins/scayt
tmp/assets/623b9acc/plugins/a11ychecker
tmp/assets/623b9acc/plugins/limereplacementfields

Then restore apache rights on all these directories.

It works again... strange...

 

Did you clear the browser cache after the update. It's often a client issue with the cache.

The serverside assets are a cache too. You can reset that cache via a button in the LimeSurvey settings.

I have excatly the same issue when upgrade from 3.25.1 to 3.25.15
1. get page for 1st time : broke with time (windows server seems very slow to make directory copies, happen each time i update).
2. reload : seems OK
3. No html editor
4. Reset ccahe in global settings
5. Wait, no crash (???)
6. OK : have the editor

I think ckeditor updated uin both version, didn't really uinderstand why it don't work 1st time.
