Bonjour la communauté.

Je viens juste vous notifier que je n'arrive pas à me connecter sur la plateforme LimeSurvey depuis mon interface de mon NAS SYNOLOGY RS818+, c'est à dire que je n'ai aucune option comme S'inscrire ou Créer un compte... Je voudrais que vous m'aidiez à vraiment résoudre ce problème.

So this sounds to me that there is no solution to have this running on your Synology.

In any way, I would generally recommend to have this installed on a webspace/webserver that you can get for a couple of Euros/Dollars per month anyway.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

You have lost your password, your username and your email. That is too bad, but the last option (changing the password in the database directly should work, as LS is installed on your own server and you or someone from your company have access to it, I assume)

Yes it is possible, but I am a little bit confused now: You do not need to pay to install Limesurvey CE on your own server. Who did you pay money for this???
