Email sent but not received to client

We have sent notification email to client using SMTP with 25 port the email was sent from limesurvey application but clients did not received email, we also using moodle with same smtp settings but the issue never happen on moodle application please any one give me solution for this

What is the header of the email ?
Did you check with mail-tester.com ?

I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
An error happen ? Before make a new topic : remind the Debug mode .
