Is there a way to fix a length of a response. I am trying to limit my numeric input to 5 characters with strlen(QuestionCode) == 5 but it is showing error.

This may depend on the type of question. Some question types give you the option of specifying the max number of charaters that can be used. Look in advanced options of the question.

I realized that I need to input "this" instead of question code.

Sometimes, i prefer to use real question code : it must work not QuestionCode but THE code/title of the question.
