Problem with CPDB

Problem with CPDB was created by pokeydale
Every time I try to navigate to the Central Participant Database page, nothing happens. Is anybody else experiencing this? This has only been happening since I upgraded to 2.54 using limesurvey2.54+161007-on-xampp-win32-setup.exe
