How to update to LTS with ComfortUpdate?

How to update to LTS with ComfortUpdate? was created by teksur
My current version is 2.53+161004 and now that I have premium package I would like to update to LTS. Is it possible by ComfortUpdate?

I don't think there is a downgrade path in comfortupdate from 2.53+ down to 2.06+ LTS.
