Data integrity check message

I recently updated from 2.06 to 2.50 on an instance that had some corrupted tables in the database. After the schema migration was complete, I saw the 'One or more surveys seem to be broken - please use the data integrity check tool to fix this.' message. I ran the check several times and resolved all of the reported errors, but I still keep seeing the message on the admin panel. How can I make it go away?

It turns out that there were some rows in lime_surveys with NULL values. I deleted these and the message went away.

did you update manually? Or using comfortUpdate?
if we understand what happened, maybe we could fix it for future users.

btw: nice avatar ;-)

Manual. There was pre-existing database corruption unrelated to the upgrade, but the software only seemed to half catch it.

Manual update as well, pulled master and went to /admin, then followed the steps, did the integrity check, fixed all issues until none were left, still getting the message.

Just upgraded manually from limesurvey205plus-build150310 to limesurvey-2.62.2plus-build170203 I got the error message

"Eine oder mehrere Umfragen scheinen beschädigt zu sein - bitte nutzen Sie das Datenintegritätsüberprüfung"

After running the integrity check several times there were 187 entries left in the database table lime_surveys.

18 of these had

sid: [number]
ownerid: 0
admin: [empty] or NULL
active: N

None of the sid-Numbers had related token or survey tables.

I removed those lines and the error was solved.
