Issues Sending Out Emails was created by zackbana
Hi,
I created a survey, but when i tried to send the email invitations, it showed the following error:
There were no eligible emails to send. This will be because none satisfied the criteria of:
having a valid email address
not having been sent an invitation already
not having already completed the survey
having a token
Listed is some information for your reference:
Each survey participant has been issued a token.
I have tried changing Global Settings -> Email Settings to PHP, SMTP, Senmail, but i still receive the same error. Could anyone please assist urgently? Thank you.

Despite that I would I strongly recommend to configure a good SMTP, the error message indicates that the problem has nothing to do with with the way you sent it. Limesurvey seems not to recognize they emails that you uploaded as valid.
How did you upload them? Have a look at the token table, does everything look correct?
What version of LS do you use?

I have a similar problem.
I am trying to send an invite to one participant as a test. I click on "send invitations". The page reloads. And that's it. Nothing happens. No error message. Email is not sent. I remain at the same page where you can edit the email message.
I tried it with PHP mail as well as with a valid SMTP (gmail, with valid username and password over SSLand over TLS). In both cases, nothing happens. In my frustration, I kept clicking "Send invitations" and it worked once with PHP email, then my host provider blocked my IP!!!
Any idea??
Limesurvey Version 2.54.2+161012, no plugins or extensions installed.
