It's WORK!!!

but now, it show this message in the page:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/encuestas/application/core/Survey_Common_Action.php on line 391

and other similars.

Maybe you should actually update to the latest version, if possible.

I would advice:

1) Backup your data.
2) Checkout the latest release: git checkout bcd62b960f12c3bd2ef6d1242d978246e02cae49
3) Possible remove application/config/config.php and run the installation again.
