Internal Server Error and Template Editor Blank Page after new install

Hi everyone,

Two things, after a new install of 2.5+ 160308
  1. Listing of available public surveys throws an Internal Server Error with the following text:
    "Internal Server Error
    Template needs either template name or survey id"
  2. Template editor shows a blank page
Any guidance will be appreciated.

Thanks for reporting it.

Confirmed. Same issue here. :(

Also notification button does nothing when you click on it, but it does show the link in the bottom of the browser and the number of notifications received next to the icon.

Just realised that in the front end statistic page the charts only display 9 colours, then all the other colours are displayed in black
Also there seem to be a huge time lag in loading the admin login page like is looking for something... but if you press stop and refresh than the page loads straight away.

Issue also occures on updated versions now on Version 2.50+ Build 160426.

some issue me too, very tired form this. i have almost 12 days, i have change the webserver host, reinstalled from the beginner. and the same thing!!
