Successfully installed - UNABLE to LOGIN/CHANGE PASSWORD…

I thought I configured everything correctly, but the install log said the password was still 'password' (not what I input). I logged out attempted to reset password, no email received, no password (including default) works.

Is there a way to manually repair this (vis config or admin file)?
