Admin Email Notifications Not Sending When User Completes A Survey

I am having an issue with notifications when a survey is completed. The Global Setting was set to the default PHP. I changed it to SMTP and followed the instructions and it still will not work. I cannot find documentation to assist. Email used to work. However that is when we had our email accounts on Godaddy/ We now use Google Apps. I noticed in the PHP file in Global Settings, it still listed godaddy smtp info but I do not know how to change this to google from within Limesurvey or what config file I need to edit. Please help/ Thanks

Hi,

manual.limesurvey.org/Global_settings#General_description

.... Once you enter the Global settings dialog and saved once then the values will be overruled by the settings in the Global settings.
