Can I use media type like icons/images/audio/video in the survey options.
Please give me suggestion for the same or share the steps if it is available.

I mean to say that the Question type like List (radio), Short free text is available in the LimeSurvey. I want to use the Question type which provides image/audio/video to the user from where the user can select the specific media type as their feedback and submit their response.

I am rather sure that I do not fully understand.

There is no problem to insert the media types into a question of type "list(radio)"
 

or a text question
 

I think it's better if you show us your idea. Even if it's a simple sketch

What to explain.
You enter the HTML code into the answer option, the subquestion, the question.
In answer option and subquestion you already use the sourcecode editor, which you can switch to HTML editor by clicking the pencil.
In question text ( the HTML Editor.) you may have to switch to source code mode.
Whereas to insert images or videos there are buttons in the editor to insert easily.
And th e audio is not so different.
