Session timeout issue with participants

Session timeout issue with participants was created by vijay.kumar
LimeSurvey version: LimeSurvey Community Edition | Version 3.26.5
Hosted on : Own server
Survey theme/template:vanilla

Sometimes participants are facing session timeout issue, although session time set to 1 Hrs and still they are facing session timeout issue upon click on Next button.
 What could be the reason?

Do you have php error log ? Server error log ?
 
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
