<p>I am working with my institution on  a university version of Limesurvey. When I create a question I cannot write in the script tab.</p>

<p>My administrator does not have the rights restriction message but also cannot write in this same tab. How to make this tab editable?</p>

First of all you ignored the questions when opening a new thread and thus do not provide the most basic information: What version of LS are running on?

The screenshots give me the impressions that we are talking about LS6, but please confirm.

Filter HTML for XSS and Disable question script for XSS restricted user
Currently i think best is to set Disable question script for XSS restricted user to NO if all administrators are trusted users

 We are working with version 6.3.4.
We use the theme inherit fruit.
