.lsa import problem was created by imoullet
Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 5.6.30
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Own server
Survey theme/template: any theme
==================
I export our survey in .lsa in order to also have the reponse table and perform later on statistics on responses , then importing the .lsa files on the same server again ( or another limesurvey server) , then looking at the statistics for a list radio button question , we observed that the "no answer" responses are transformed in "Not diplayed" responses. Any idea ? I precise that the question is not a conditionnal one . Is that a bug ?
You can find in attachemnt the two excerpt of statistics we have for the same question in the original survey ( no answer) and in the imported one ( not_displayed)
The only workaround we could find is
quite heavy mode specially for survey with a huge number of responses since I could not find the way to clear all responses at a time instead of panel by panel ( ie 100 responses a t a time) without deleting tha table responses.
Thanks for your response and suggestions ..

Hi,
what I see, is that you show the results with different languages of the GUI.
Example:
1: German
2. English
3. French
You see, this is not an answer option you entered, but a system message.

Sorry but I do not get your point . The difference in the language is just because I work with french GUI on one limesurvey and GUI in english onthe imported suvey. That s it . But Non affiche = Not dosplayed ans No answer = dsans reponse . You see that in the firs case I have 67 Sans reponse = 67 no answer and in the other case : 67 Not displayed = non affiché !

Sorry, that was my mistake
Did you compare the answer tables?
Do you see differences there?

Are both servers exactly the same version?
Also: Have a look at the LSA file. How are those answers stored in the LSA file? then export a LSA file in the system where you imported the initial LSA file and check how those answers look like.
Just to understand if the status has switched when importing.
In any way, sounds like something was going wrong when importing (or exporting). So I would open a bug report.

Thanks for your suggections holch,
I have the same behaviour if I import on the same server --> not a configuration problem of the server
Taking the .lsa file from the imported survey The answers stay in the Not displayed status which means the mismatch is done during the first importing ..

I am not saying that it is a configuration issue of the server, I wanted to know about the version of both servers to see if it could be a specific LS version that has the problem.
In any way, I recommend to prepare a bug report: bugs.limesurvey.org

It's clearly an issue.
Must be reported : community.limesurvey.org/bug-tracker/
I think you can just create a sample lsa with only one single choice.
Did you try with export/import VV file ? It can be a temporary workaround.
