I am running Version 2.67.1 and the "Survey Responses" screen's default drop-down value is set to 10 rows per page. I don't see an option to change this under global settings so is there a way to change this somewhere in one of the initialization files?

Thank you - I had not looked at global settings.
However, even after I made the change the number of rows is still at 10.
I did a log off and back on. The global is set to 100, but it displays 10
Version 3.17.3+190429
What I am seeking is the number of lines displayed as a default when I go to survey responses. Each time I have to change that drop down to 100 and I would like it to be 100 by default.

I think they are talking about the "View responses" screen not the actual survey. :)

Now I see, yes!

No, I don't believe there is a setting to influence the default behaviour here. But I would like it.
