Hello,

I have attempted to include jQuery Mobile with the default template by adding it to the xml manifest. The problem comes when you attempt to navigate anywhere on the survey. Instead of being sent to the correct page, You are sent to the same page you were on. If you refresh the correct page will load. If you are on a question page, page does not render correctly. When you attempt to advance to the next page, it will not change he page but will be appended to the current page. I am trying to use jQuery Mobile 1.4.5 and am on Lime Survey 2.71.1.
