Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version:  Version 5.6.47+231128
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: On_Prem
Survey theme/template: Basic
==================
The Date Picker question does not work in the All-in-One survey. This means that when the survey is activated, when the user clicks on the date picker icon no action  occurs and produces no dates options to pick. The same question works as designed in the Group by Group survey.

is there a setting we should be aware of?

Hi All:

Based on Dennis' comment we upgraded to the latest code with the hope the issue would resolve itself. No Go!

Since the date picker worked in the group -by - Group format, we created a group and place all questions within a group. No Go.

We found the issue: If we have more than 50 questions in the All-in-One format OR more that 50 questions in a group,

The Date Picker breaks.

Ok, I guess so far no one had the crazy idea to put 50+ questions onto one page. I mean, who is supposed to fill that in? And you can easily lose a lot of answers if something happens. There might be some odd approaches that require all on one page, say never no. But in general it is a good practice to have only very few questions on one page in a survey, ideally 1, for very short questions or questions that are very connected maybe 2-3.
