Hello,
I have a survey that I have the end URL set for and the auto load is On. The end url was working fine, but after I stopped the survey and run it again the end url won't load. It is a survey in two languages and in both the same end URL is set.

What can be causing this?

What should I do for the end url to be displaying again?
 

Without knowing your survey, it is difficult to help. Deactivating and reactivating shouldn't cause this.

Did you check if the end urls are still there? What happens exactly at the end of the survey? Do you get to the end page? What happens there? Does it show the end url on the end page? What exactly happens at the moment? Any error messages? What do you get to see?

The end urls are still there. At the end of the survey after clicking submit it redirects to this url

portal.lifepanel.eu/survey_complete , instead of

portal.lifepanel.eu/survey_completed/764...ken={TOKEN}&sid={SID }

So no error message, it just doesn't show the rest of the end URL

as @holch, without knowing what you exactly did, it's difficult.

Also, your error description is not the best. Because from what I understand now, the END URL is actually loading, just not the correct one. So there is a redirect happening, but the whole URL is cut off in the middle of the word "completed", which is weird. So after 35 digits it gets "cut off".

Did anything else happen on the server between deactivating and reactivating? LS update, server update, database update, etc?

From what I understand, in Limesurvey there is still the full URL in the END URL field of the survey, correct?

What happens when you copy the survey and test the copy? Same issue?

Did you try to delete the URL from the end url field and insert it again?

I actually found what the issue was, it wasn't in limesurvey, but in the webhook I'm using that the end url is being fed to.
