Hi all,
this question has already been asked many times but i couldn't find a simple answer, sorry for asking again...
i'm trying to remove the text from the splach screen that lists the survey, particularly the sentence that syas please contact (email)...
couldn't find out where in the admin and i i simply remove the admin  email in the panel i end with please contact ()... not that fancy

You can acheive this by customizing the theme. 
So, the steps would be:

1. Extend any of the core theme
2. modify the 'layout_survey_list.twig' as per your need
   Ex: 
   
   

For example I gave it a border and removed the email, and this is how it looks like:

it works, i've tried with a CE edition i've locally and, job done, first time i see an anwser simple and really working to this question, i'm sure you'll make a lot of happy guys
