I have a design related issue: Is it possible to use a matrix with images and text in both sides (left/right)? I mean: image with text / scale from 1 to 4 / image with text

Have a look at the Array question type (also called Matrix in German) and the "Semantic Diferential" option. You can place text left and right by using a separator like "|" and you should be able to use HTML code there and include the images on both sides via image tag.
