Problems with the Multiple Numerical Input Type Question (Slider) was created by lsacchi1
Hello to everyone,
Can you help me with an issue I am having with the slider question option?
I have successfully inserted in the survey the slider question type (Screenshots 1,2,3).
To test if the questions are presented to participants correctly, I inserted my email among the participants as a mock participant.
When I complete the survey, and check the responses, all are reported except the answers to the slider questions (Screenshots 4).
Why is this happening?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best,
L.

Hello Tony,
Thank you for your super quick reply.
Screenshot 4 comes from the "Responses" section, clicking on my results (that I submitted).
The path followed is this one: Survey participants, display participants, view response details (screenshot 5 attached), and then screenshot 4 appears with all responses reported except the slider ones.
Thank you. L.

Hi,
which version are you using?
I can't reproduce in 4.3.18.
And again: Did you check the data?

Hi Joffm, Thank you for the quick reply. The version I am using is: LimeSurveyVersion 4.3.15 200907I re-checked the data and nothing, I cannot see the entries on the slider on the responses page (Screenshot 4). However, I tried to download the survey as a paper version (Screenshot 6). And I can see that the responses to the other questions are there, but the ones to the slider not. Which is weird cause I definitely replied to those questions, sometimes leaving the slider to the default value (50) but other times moving it around (65, 80 etc...).

Also because I set the state of the questions to MANDATORY.
so it was impossible for me not to reply to them.
