Hi,
I have an active survey. Some users accidentally hit the 'exit and clear' button instead of submit.
I have backup of their data from the response tables, but using export vv file then import vv file doesn't work even on a test survey exporting and importing the same file I always get a 'No answers could be mapped’ error. What am I doing wrong? I'm on a mac.
