I would like to insert the survey administrator or survey contact's email in a question. I try with {SURVEYCONTACT}, but it doesn't work.

Is it possible? What Should I do? Thanks.

Is it possible? What Should I do?

Yes.
Have a look at the email templates. In most of them these placeholders are used.
Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless
