Changes to button size in Display Theme options are not saved for a survey that has been copied (Type L Bootstrap button).

I've tried to login as admin (and change ownership to admin for the survey) but changes are still not reflected.

Where are these settings stored? In the MySQL Db or in a files? Which table/file is used?

What version did you use ?

If you use the last 4.X version : maybe best is to report the issue.

You can try to update manually the DB QuestionAttribute table

BUT i'm unusure it work in live even after updating manually the DB

Question attribute table have qid and attribute name, maybe you can check if it's saved and badly loaded or not saved at all.
