We have multiple courses that that use the same question set. As such, the survey is designed to have the individual from a drop-down list select the course they are evaluating. The course drop-down list we would like to disable historical evaluations that are closed after the course evaluation period is completed. This allows us to maintain one constant survey form, each year rather than managing up multiple individual forms. As well, for comparison purposes, we hoped to be able to export all evaluations for a given year and perform some overall ratings by category etc. The only option I see is to delete an option, do I need to export the results first. Is there an option that handles this.
In a list-dropdown or list-radio question, you can add or delete answers without deactivating the survey. Your data is safe as long as you don't deactivate.
