Yes, it will work

Because a lot of user can not update config.xml via GUI.

In my opinion, that's a bug - the admin should be able to edit that in the GUI for description, dates, etc when copying a template.

I modified the file xml.config, but i will try with
"<script src ="{TEMPLATEURL}scripts/jquery.rut.js "> </ script>"

if it work, I will tell
