You could use JavaScript to insert the video (which I assume is in an iframe) beside the answers list but I don't recommend it. It won't work on smaller screens.

You can place JavaScript in template.js or question.pstpl to affect all questions. If you only want to target a single question, place it in the question source. Follow these tips - manual.limesurvey.org/Workarounds:_Manip...tc..29_in_LimeSurveyWhere can edit file for JavaScript in themplates?
