Hello everyone, :)
I have created a survey with a lot of questions. I have problem with the “Multiple choice” type, does not look good, because the checkbox is too near of the font. Look at the screenshot.
The checkbox should have more distance among checkbox and font.
Is that possible to change?
We cannot edit this in a separate template(css) .
There is another solution for this problem?

I look forward to your answer. :)

Best regards
Viktoria

LimeSurvey version? Template used? Why can't you fix it in template.css?

Cheers,

Hi, Viktoria,
I understand that you have no access to the template editor.

Without knowing your LS version and the template I can give you only the following answer:
LS 2.50 and default template.

In the multiple choice question text include the following css snippet:
(before adding choose "source code" in editor)
<style type="text/css">
.label-text {
margin-left: 100px; /* This you have to adapt to your desire */
</style>

With this setting (100px; very high, for demonstration only) you get the following result, see screenshot.

Other templates may have a different class to determine the distance of the label text.

Best regards
Joffm

Hi, Viktoria,
I testet in LS 2.50 1603010 (very near to your version).
See the result in screenshot 1
Okay, that's your issue.

Compare with screenshot 2 of LS 2.50 160620

An update should solve your problem.
Additionally you can use the css snippet I provided.

Best regards
Joffm

P.S. I do not repeat this in the German section

Yep, that's why I asked "what template". ;)

Hi, tpartner and DenisChenu,

no, this behaviour (no space between checkbox and text) was an issue in these old builds.
Please compare the two screenshots with the different builds in #139197

Best regards
