I charged a couple of images to be visualized during the survey.

Nonetheless, the images are not properly visualized. What can I do to solve this problem?

I charged a couple of images to be visualized during a series of questions.

Since participants have to choose between head or tails I provided the images with the payment scheme.

The problem is that those pictures are not properly visualized during the survey. When I preview the survey everything works fine, but when I activate the survey instead of the pics you see some "?" in the place of the pics.

Any suggestions?

What did you do?
How are the images implementes?
Can you give us access to one of those surveys?

You need to give us as much information as possible. Your problem description currently is a little bit like:
"Today I wanted to drive to work. The car didn't start. Can you fix it."

Actually, yes, put some gas in it

Wrong, my problem in this case was that I HAD gas in it (or better ethanol), but it was modified (bad quality) and the motor didn't like it. Your turn...

Here you have the structure.

In the middle of the survey there is a coin toss game. But the images are not properly visualized when the survey is active.

I can see the pics when I am using this computer but the others participants can't.

Any help?

Thank you in advance for your advices.

I really don't know how you do for you picture ...
Code:
<img src="webkit-fake-url://63661c49-3d74-4766-bfb1-7e0842bb3074/application.pdf" />

Using the HTML editor and send real picture (png, jpg, gif ...)

Yes, I agree with Denis. A PDF is not a valid image source. Your src attributes need to contain the path to actual images available on the web.

So I just have to save the pics in .jpg or .png and that's it?

Shall I post here the two pics? or the links?

Yes, save the images in JPG, PNG or GIF format, then, as Denis suggests, you can use the HTML editor to upload them to your server and correctly insert them into the question/answer text.

Tony Partner
